My name is Michele Rae, and I am a holistic, intuitive coach and the founder of The Center Within.
I am passionate about supporting people’s growth in Mind-Body-Spirit personally and professionally as we go through these days of tremendous change, chaos and awakening.
During this transformative coaching process, I find my clients become more confident and engaged as they enhance their gifts, talents, wisdom and passions. They access their genius and live in more empowering paradigms and perspectives. They also gain clarity and power as they expose and unblock limiting beliefs, stuck patterns and fears. I bring my abilities in deep listening, intuition, appreciative inquiry, spiritual practices, mindfulness, presence and emotional intelligence to our sessions. Clients create self-directed strategies to implement the changes they desire to create a life they love.
My office is in Minneapolis MN and have sessions in person, on the phone, and via Skype or Zoom.
My training includes being a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, an ordained spiritual director, University of Irvine California graduate faculty, and have certificates from Center for Mind Body Medicine, in emotional, social and conversational intelligence and mindfulness.
