Spots are intentionally limited to preserve depth and intimacy.

As the days grow shorter and the year turns inward, I'd love for you to join our circle for a three-month gathering inspired by Dr. Sue Morter's The Anatomy of Awakening.

Once a month, we'll come together on Zoom for one hour to practice living in a higher frequency, not just talking about it, but feeling it in our bodies and our lives.

Tuesday, October 20 — Ground: Coming home to the body through Central Channel Breathing

Tuesday, November 17 — Open: Reclaiming our power with love, just in time for the holidays

Tuesday, December 15 — Radiate: Remembering we are light taking form, near the Winter Solstice

Each gathering includes a short teaching, a guided practice we'll do together, gentle reflection in small groups, and a simple practice to carry into your days. You'll also receive a Frequency Journal guide to help you notice, month by month, how you return to yourself.

No experience with the book is needed. Just bring yourself, a quiet space, and an open heart.

Some books inform the mind.

The Anatomy of Awakening  by Dr. Sue Morter is the kind of book that changes not just how you think — but how you live, breathe, and move through the world.

Drawing on decades of research at the intersection of quantum physics, energy medicine, and spiritual transformation, Dr. Morter offers a luminous map for integrating your whole self — body, mind, and soul — into the life you were always meant to live.

This is not a book you read. It's a book you become.

Beginning October 20, the New World Women Book Circle will journey through The Anatomy of Awakening together — one practice, one discussion, one layer of yourself at a time.

About the facilitator, Dawn Morningstar:

Dawn Morningstar was raised by three women who taught her to be kind, tenacious and self-empowered. Dawn is an award-winning author, master coach, podcast host, educator, TEDx Speaker (Oakland), former radio talk show host and devoted advocate for women’s self-empowerment. Since her book Venerable Women: Transform Ourselves, Transform the World  was published in 2016, Dawn has spoken to groups of all sizes over 1,000 times.

After coaching women for 30 years, Dawn founded Venerable Women in 2013 and has most recently co-founded New World Women with Mecca Page and Shawn Vougeot. Both organizations teach women to be kind, tenacious and self-empowered! New World Women expands women’s consciousness and increases their prosperity using a very unique model.

One of Dawn’s great journeys to higher consciousness began in 2015 when she spent 21 days in the silence in India being taught by enlightened monks. She shares and teaches the philosophy that humans need not live in suffering, but rather in beautiful states of consciousness.
