Future-Proof Business Model: Christy shares how to price, position, and articulate your value. She brings a financial lens to pricing, providing you with tools to calculate what your costs actually demand now and forecast changes before your profits are compromised. If you cannot price your offer so that you can pay yourself first and accumulate wealth, you do not yet have a viable business. 


This session sets the discipline of knowing your true cost of delivery, cost of sales, and overhead whether you’re in a service and/or product-focused business model.


You will be equipped to never underestimate your worth or compromise your value. Gain confidence for how you price; how you ask for the sale; how you get paid on time; and how you negotiate terms, deals, partnerships, or loans.
 

You will confront common mindset barriers that cause women to mentally second-guess the value of their expertise, and learn to naturally and confidently command what your mastery deserves.


Business Owner Financial Mastery: Joan introduces the foundational question, 
“What is the financial purpose of your business model?” 


Is it enhancing your lifestyle? Creating a legacy? Funding a transition? 


Becoming certain of your purpose for being in business gives you confidence for deciding what and when you pay yourself, and making the choices for how your business income becomes accumulated wealth. 


Joan lays the groundwork for understanding how much income you require from your business (salary, commissions, profits, and other owner benefits) and how to structure your aligned money management system that accumulates and protects wealth.


Learn the principles of paying yourself first and accumulating wealth rather than spending it all on personal expenses. As revenue begins to flow, most women default to caring for everyone else first and paying themselves last (which sometimes means never).
