Through our Wisdom Series Teachings, Book-Inspired Circles, Rise Up Circles, and SOUL Light Circles, you’re invited into connection, reflection, and embodied truth — places where insight meets sisterhood and growth unfolds naturally.
Each offering supports you to remember your power, reclaim your worth, and rise, alongside women who are walking this path with courage, compassion, and clarity.

The Wisdom Series Teachings
For SEED, BLOSSOM and CROWN Members
Rise Up Circles are intimate, 60- to 90-minute Zoom-based experiences designed to support women through meaningful transitions and help them rise with strength, clarity, and conscious awareness.
These Circles use a facilitative coaching approach rooted in the belief that each woman carries her own inner wisdom.
Circle Guides hold a safe, compassionate space for listening, inquiry, and reflection—inviting insight and growth to arise from within rather than through advice-giving or instruction.
Themes such as starting over, healing the sister wound, rising from religious trauma, and more, are topics requested by the women we serve, as they speak to their deepest needs and their desire to grow, heal, and evolve.

Each Circle will include an opening inspiration, guided group inquiry, wisdom-based support, sharing, and space for reflection/integration. The opening inspiration will be recorded for those who cannot attend live. To maintain sacred intimacy, group guidance and sharing will never be recorded, ensuring full confidentiality and emotional safety for participants.
Book-Inspired Circles
For SEED, BLOSSOM and CROWN Members
Our Book-Inspired Circles are where words on the page become lived experience. Whether you’ve read one chapter or the whole book, you’re welcome—our discussions are deep and alive.
During these honest 60-minute Zoom-based experiences of conversation, reflection, and connection, there is no need to be fully caught up in the reading—the magic is in the shared inquiry, and the transformation that unfolds together.
BLOSSOM and CROWN Members are invited to The Deepening - an optional 30-minute post-discussion after each Circle.
Rise Up Circles
For BLOSSOM and CROWN Members

SOUL Light Circles
For SEED, BLOSSOM, and CROWN Members
In-person SOUL Light Circles will be simple, sacred, and flexible. We imagine up to twelve women gathering in their homes, coffee shops, libraries, or any welcoming space.
Circles will take place for approximately 90 minutes — long enough for reflection, sharing, and connection. Each gathering will follow a gentle structure that helps keep the energy flowing, while allowing plenty of space for heartfelt conversation.
The focus is on community, connection, and consciousness — women coming together to talk about where they’re seeing light in the world, where they notice higher vibrations, and how they keep themselves in a higher frequency.
