Private 75-minute sessions via Zoom
 
After you submit payment, Sarah will reach out to you within 1-2 business days to schedule your 75-minute Zoom session. 
 
During your session, you and Sarah will begin with a conversation to chat about what you're experiencing that brought you to this work, and what you're hoping to address in your session. 
 
Then you'll get to it! You'll get comfortable and relax as Sarah invites her guides and Divine Spirit to join you to support your highest good and your healing. With their help, Sarah will cleanse and balance your chakras, and use toning and a rattle (maybe a singing bowl and bells) to find and loosen stuck energy. She'll invite deeply calming, restful Reiki energy to fill and protect your entire body and spirit, and to support your most authentic self.
 
At each step, Sarah will be assessing and addressing tangled or stuck energy, and clearing it out so that your natural healing and restorative systems can do their work. Then she'll ask Divine Spirit to fill you with golden healing light. As you rest and absorb that energy, she'll drum for a few minutes. Sarah will close the healing session, and you will both debrief about it, discussing any questions you have, aftercare, and next steps.

Hello, New World Woman – I’m so glad to meet you. I’m Sarah Squier, I live in Vermont, and I’m a shamanic healing practitioner, Reiki master, and tarot reader.
 
Do you hear the quiet voice of Spirit whispering in your ear? Me too. I’ve felt nudged all my life to quiet down and hear the voice of a river, or trees murmuring, or an ancestor’s tingle down the back of my spine when I need to pay special attention. The joy of finding community and teachers who can help me understand those nudges has changed everything for me.
 
Years ago, I read several books by Sandra Ingerman and knew I’d found a door I needed. From there, I took online classes with her, and met Dr. Mary Newstrom of Zenith High Studio.
 
I enrolled in Dr. Mary Newstrom’s Spirit Flow program for shamanic studies, and I haven’t looked back since. I was an English teacher for 30 years, helping my students find their voices through literature and writing. It was a joyful, deep career, and this work feels like a beautiful evolution of that life. Like stories and myths, the invisible world offers us doors into ourselves - through shamanic healing, intuitive energy work, symbols and metaphors (like tarot!), and conversation.
