Laura discovered IFS when she joined an online eating program where she shed 160 pounds (and has kept it off!). IFS was the secret sauce that enabled her to change lifelong issues with weight in a sustainable way. 

She has facilitated over 1000 IFS sessions with clients and has witnessed them transform their health, relationships and sense of wellbeing.
