Introduction:
Posture is the foundation from which you sit, stand and move. It can be directly related to chronic pain, limited mobility, and inefficient function of all the body’s systems. The good news is that you can restore and strengthen your posture to support you and help optimize your health.
Movement is an essential component of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. When your posture is aligned then you move with more ease and grace. You benefit from greater balance, stability, strength, agility, speed and control which allows to feel more confident in your body.
The connection between posture and the health of your physical body is just one part. There also can be a direct relationship between your posture and your mental, emotional, energetic states of being.
In these sessions, you will learn about various topics related to posture, chronic pain relief, healthy movement, and overall wellbeing.
In addition, come prepared to experience movement in a way that frees you and unifies your body, mind and spirit.
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Have a yoga mat (or towel) and a yoga block (or pillow) available. If getting down on the floor is not an option for you, then you can do the exercises on a bed or seated on the edge of a firm chair.

Anna Forliti is a posture and pain expert who has been coaching individuals to heal from chronic pain for over 10 years. She is an Egoscue certified Postural Alignment Specialist and Advanced Exercise Therapist.
Anna works with individuals who want to relieve pain, move better, improve posture, and enhance performance. Her clients are active participants in life. They believe in the body’s natural ability to heal. They prefer to understand and address the underlying cause of pain rather than treating symptoms.
