What does it really mean when you are one with the flow of life? Can you think of times in your life when you were in the flow -- or really out of the flow?

With elements of life constantly changing, remaining peaceful happens gracefully when you stop resisting life. Resistance causes pain, discomfort and suffering. Does this mean you have to like or agree with everything that happens? No. It simply means that you do best when you go with the flow.

Having total presence in your thoughts and actions, you are fully able to experience the magic of the moment. Without presence, the beauty and joy of life can flow right past you.

Three tips for going with the flow:

  1. Stop resisting what is -- and experience the freedom of acceptance.

  2. Focus on the peace and power that lies in each moment -- not constantly thinking about the past or the future.

  3. Fully feel your feelings -- and then be done with them so you can move forward in the flow.
